Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi Note 2 has been surfacing on the web from last few weeks, featuring stunning specs and features. In addition to them, the latest leaked official-lookalike teaser from Weibo shows the rear view of the device sporting a dual-camera setup, which confirms the previous leaks.
From the alleged teaser, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has the dual camera mounted on the top left corner of rear panel, showing resemblance towards Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus. The glossy black color reminds of the iPhone 7’s Jet Black color. Rear left-right edges are curved inwards, and the corners show unusual curves, which could be the rumored Curved-Edge display, as we seen in Galaxy ‘Edge’ devices. At first sight, without dual-camera, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 smartphone is almost similar to its predecessor Mi Note.
From the previously leaked details, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will feature a 5.7-inch 2K display with a dual-curved edge, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with 6GB and 8GB RAM options. The storage options will be allotted as 64GB and 256GB for 6Gigs and 8gigs of RAM respectively. The rear camera units are of 13MP each and the front camera sports an 8MP sensor.
Xiaomi nowadays brings more specifications and features onto their flagship smartphones, but they still forget to redesign their creativity on making the smartphone designs more attractive. The upcoming Mi Note 2 too not thriving into the new design, follows the same old design which we have seen from Mi 4s and Mi 4i, which deserves a change nowadays. Also, it felt very badly that Xiaomi sometimes follows and manipulates Apple’s design and OS elements blindly, and the same feels here in the case of Mi Note 2.
