The Xiaomi’s most anticipated phablet smartphone, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 of the year has now once again popped up with revealing its front panel. The pictures of the alleged device have found posted on the Chinese microblogging website, Webio later today. It is also expected the device will be launched soon, much clearly beginning of this month itself.
The latest renders of the device reflect some similarities with its predecessor, Xiaomi Mi Mix in terms of its design. According to the latest image of its front panel, the successor phablet will be sporting more thinner bezels than the Mi Mix. With an unknown screen size, the front panel has bezels on both sides, and the top of the display is also very thin. Comparatively, even the chin at the bottom of the panel is also thinner to its predecessor and doesn’t have a physical home button too.
Yet there no further confirmation about its specifications and other features, though it was reported that it’ll boast much bigger display, powered by Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. Since the latest flagship smartphones have arrived with the 18:9 ratio, it is expected the Mi Mix 2 will also sport the same with 6.4-inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. It is also expected to wear a 3D sensing camera to support 3D facial recognition for its security.
While Xiaomi has confirmed they are going to launch the smartphone in China on September 11 a few days before.
