Fourth biggest Wireless carrier in USA, the Sprint is getting ready to be sell the Andy Rubin’s Essential smartphone in the country. Essential’s President Niccolo de Masi said that the Sprint will be the only carrier to sell the device throughoutthe US, apart from their generic Unlocked version.
It is not clear about the reading behind making the Ally with Sprint only, and excluding many other biggest carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. But the experts points out that the Andy Rubin’s relation with SoftBank CEO, who owns 83 percentage of Sprint Wireless did lead to the instance.
The Essential or Sprint has not yet responded about the date set for beginning of selling through their stores and outlets. As the Andy Rubin stays in the Advisory board if SoftBank’s vision investment, we’ve seen many acquisition in tech world by SoftBank including Boston Dynamics from Google’s parent organisation Alphabet. So we can expect many such moves from the Android’s creator in coming days.
