Samsung has been recently giving more attention to bring their older devices by refreshing those specs. Most crucial among them were the Samsung Galaxy J5 and J7, 2016 editions with some more improved specs moulded. These two devices are not much older, they were just launched earlier back in June 2015. After came through some leaks and rumors, both devices have been listed in the Korean manufacturer, Samsung’s Chinese official website.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016)
The Samsung Galaxy J5 is a budget, refreshed device by Samsung with some improved specs. It features a 5.2 inch HD Super AMOLED display. The metal packed device is having a better camera of Aperture f/1.9, but no details about pixel power of camera module. A quad-core processor of 1.2GHZ, 2GB RAM and a 16 GB Internal storage capacity power the device. It is juiced up with a huge pack of 3100mAh.

Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016)
Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) has now got some powerful possession in specs sheet. The Galaxy J7 (2016) with metal body has a 5.5 inch display sized same as previous version, but a Full HD Super AMOLED one, with 402ppi. It sports 13MP rear clicker and a 5MP of selfie snapper with a largest Aperture of f/1.9. It is powered with an Octa-Core SoC under its hood, clocked at 1.6GHz. Interestingly, the Primary has been doubled now, from 1.5GB to 3GB of RAM, with 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via SD Card. The battery pack also improved to 3300mAh.

Both devices are identical in structure, as well as in some specs. The metal uni body of the the devices giving some powerful concepts about the Smartphone sin Samsung’s J series. Lacking of recently trending security feature, the fingerprint scanner would drawback the device in market among its rivals. Samsung shows up three color variants for the smartphones – Gold, White and Pink. The devices are only listed in China. The availability and prices of both devices are still unknown.
