The Chinese Smartphone maker, Oppo had teased that it is going to release a red color variant for Oppo F3. Now the company has posted an image in its official facebook handle that it is going to be unveiled on 12th August.
The Oppo F3 Red Edition launch will be held at the SM Aura Oppo Concept Store in the Philippines, the store will be opened on the same day. The image appeared on the Facebook page of OPPO Philippines with a caption ‘Redefine beauty and style this August 12’, along with the sleek and stylish Red Oppo F3.
The horizontal gold antenna lines at the top and bottom of the device give it more expensive look and the brand name is also carved in Gold color. The price tag of the device is still unknown but is expected to launch at a higher price, the Rose Gold Variant of Oppo F3 was launched at Rs.19,990.
The Oppo F3 sports a 5.5-inch FHD Display, at a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, with a 2.5D Curved Glass and Corning Gorilla Glass Support. It is powered by Octa-core MediaTek MT6750T with Mali T86-MP2 coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
It has dual camera setup both in the front and rear panel. The front camera houses 16MP main sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor with 120-degree wide-angle lens along with the built-in Smart Facial Recognition feature. While the features a 13MP camera with Dual PDAF, flash and full HD 1080p video recording.
It measures 153.3×75.2×7.3mm and weighs about 153 grams. The device runs on OPPO’s Color OS themed on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it packs a 3,200mAh non-removable battery. It also has a fingerprint scanner embedded to its home-button in the rear panel.
