Oppo has launched the A71 after it is being launched silently in two countries Malaysia and Pakistan last week, made official today in India. The new addition to their A series, the Oppo A71 priced at Rs. 12,990 has a premium metal unibody design, 5.2-inch display, 3GB RAM and runs in Android Nougat out of the box.
Oppo A71 comes with a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) TFT display powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Mali T860 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat based ColorOS 3.1 custom skin, has 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Oppo A71 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF, a f/2.2 aperture and 1/3.06-inch sensor size. The main camera features the Multi-Frame Denoising technology to diminish the noise while capturing in low light conditions. Coming to its front camera it boasts a 5-megapixel sensor with a f/2a aperture.
Unfortunately, the device lacks a fingerprint sensor while it adds the sensors on board including the accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, and a proximity sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB (with OTG Supportability). It bears a 3000mAh battery with fast charging. It measures 148.1×73.8×7.6mm and weighs 137 grams.
Oppo A71 is available in two colour variants includes gold and black, will start sale by today via major online stores like Flipkart, Amazon, PayTm and some of the offline stores. The smartphone whopped into mid-range smartphone segment with an effective price tag of Rs. , 990.
