HMD Global has launched its another device in Nokia label today, Nokia 7 with mid-range hardware specifications on-board. The smartphone comes with the price tag of $400, packs pleasurable spec sheet contents. Unlike all other Nokia device launched by HMD Global so far, the Nokia 7 has a glass back panel instead of the metal unibody design. The smartphone with phablet form factor has the metal frame around, with a glowy finished rear body.
Nokia 7 packs 4GB of RAM, and the latter variant is also available with 6 gigs of RAM onboard. Both the variants will have same specs including Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, Android 7.1.1 OS with Oreo update assurance. Nokia 7 is the second smartphone from HMD with “bothie” feature, which lets the users use both the front facing and main rear camera simultaneously on Video chats; until now Nokia 8 only had this feature.
Concerning the Camera module, the HMD Global seems to have worked with Carl Zeiss lens for making a good looking camera sensor, like they did with Nokia 8 flagship. Meanwhile, the camera lenses on previously launched Nokia 5 and 6 were much disappointing in some perspectives. The major camera department packs a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 Aperture, whereas you can get a 5MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture.
