The 2015 Flagship Smartphone from Motorola Moto X Style finally receives the latest Android Nougat 7.0 update. There is no official announcement for this tardy support from the Lenovo-owned smartphone manufacturer. The update was first spotted on the Motorola India Fans Facebook handle, that claims they’ve received a notification for the update.
The X Style US owners started receiving Nougat update back in April of this year, the update comes late to India after it recently hit in Brazil. Brazilian X Style users got the Android 7.0 Nougat via over the air update in late June 2017.
The update includes regular Nougat 7.0 features like Google Duo Calling, integrated Doze Mode, Quick Menu for Settings, revamped notification shade and split-screen mode. The update also brings May Security Patch and improves the overall smartphone user experience.
If you’re a Moto X Style user, you can check the software update from Settings > About device > System updates.
