Lenovo just launched the Moto G5 Plus midranger smartphone in India, which was announced at MWC 2017. The smartphone is packed in a metal unibody shell.
Moto G5 Plus is a good competitor for Redmi Note 4 and Honor 6X. The G5 Plus comes with 5.2-inch full HD IPS LCD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-Core SoC clocked at 2.0GHz, paired with RAM options of 3GB and 4GB. The storage options available are 16GB and 32GB for 3&4 GB respectively. The expansion slot supports microSD Card upto 128GB.
The main camera unit on the rear of the Moto G5 Plus is of 12MP and the front facing camera is 5MP. The device is shipped with Android 7.0 nougat. The 3000mAh battery supports fast charging and can run up to 24hrs of usage.
Connectivity side features for the Moto G5 Plus includes Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi,microUSB port, GPS, AGPS, GLONASS, etc. The fingerprint scanner sensor is mounted on the front, below the display in the position of physical home button. The device is exclusively available from Flipkart at 14,999 INR in two color options: Lunar Grey and Fine Gold.
