Xiaomi launched their latest smartphone Mi A1 in India a few weeks back. The company introduced the Mi A1 as a midrange smartphone with a premium camera and Android One onboard. Because of the huge popularity, the device is now trending in the country. Now, Xiaomi has rolled out the first update to the Mi A1 smartphone. The new update for the device is officially rolling out now to the users.
During the launch event, A company representative has promised that they will roll out software updates very quickly without any delays. As promised, they are keeping their words. Now the latest update is available for the device with September security patches. The update package weighs around 1059MB and you are requested to update to the latest version using a stable internet connection.
The Mi A1 comes with a Dual Camera Setup, Similar Hardware to Xiaomi Mi 5X and running on the pure stock Android 7.1.2 Nougat. The latest addition to the Android One lineup, promises low-cost phone with great specification and comes with the tagline of “created by Xiaomi, powered by Google.”
The Xiaomi Mi A1 has a 5.5-inch FullHD IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolutions, powered by Octa-core 2.0 GHz Snapdragon 625 chipset paired with Adreno 506 and 4 GB of RAM. It has 64 GB internal storage upgradeable up to 128 GB via Hybrid microSD slot. It comes with Android 7.1.2 out of the box, while the manufacturer guarantees Android 8.0 Oreo update by end of the year. It is also said the device will be first to receive the Android P.
