Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu, as usual, is getting ready to launch their mid-range smartphone in m note series – m6 Note, the successor of m5 Note (Read Review of m3 Note). The company has launched their “true flagship” smartphone Meizu PRO 7 and Pro 7 Plus with dual sAMOLED displays couple weeks back in China, also with top-tier hardware specs included. Now the forthcoming mid-range smartphone m6 Note has been featured in a set of leaked images via Weibo.
There are a couple of pictures leaked several hours ago revealing specs, one of the device specs card and other the device display image itself. From the leaked information, the Meizu m6 Note smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD with the resolution of 1080 x 1920px. The smartphone is to be powered with an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P25 (MT6757T) chipset (ARM-A53 @ 2.6GHz and ARM-A53 @ 1.6GHz). The smartphone could spot a 4GB of RAM under the hood, with at least 64GB internal storage. The smartphone has a 13MP camera setup primary camera department. ALso, the battery size is confirmed to have 4,000mAH, which is same as its predecessor.
No other information regarding the device has been revealed, except the pricing which seems to be CNY 1599, roughly translated into USD 237. We can expect the smartphone’s official revelation within few months as the company’ routine pattern of m series launch dates.
[UPDATE]: There will be a first variant which could feature 3GB+32GB RAM along with Helio P20. The smartphone will be unveiled on September 6.
