Huawei adds a new device to the Honor 8 series. As a successor of Honor 8, Huawei today unveiled their new smartphone Honor 8 Pro in India. As the name suggests, Honor 8 Pro is a pro variant of the previously launched Honor 8 smartphone. It has more features and better specifications as compared to the predecessor.
Honor 8 was first launched in China in February as Honor V9; then it landed in the UK as Honor 8 Pro in April. Now it is time for the Indian market. With a lot of hope, the company has today announced the device in the country. The new Honor 8 Pro is a nice upgrade over the predecessor. It has better software, better features and better specifications. Most importantly, the smartphone comes with a dual camera setup on the back side. It features two 12-megapixel sensors. The device supports 4K video recording as well.
The new Honor 8 Pro comes with a 5.7-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) LTPS LCD display. It boasts a 1.8GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor. Kirin 960 is the Huawei’s one of the best chipsets out there. It is coupled with a 6GB of RAM. The device has a 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded using a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with the company’s EMUI 5.1 custom skin. It has a 4,000mAh battery as well.
