Finally, it’s here! Huawei launched their new smartphone Honor 8 Lite in China. If you don’t know, they have launched it already in Europe and it is now the time for China. When considering the design and the name, we can call it as baby Honor 8. It looks exactly same as the flagship Honor 8, but with mid-range features.
The new Honor 8 Lite is a mid-range Android smartphone with 5.2 inch Full HD display, Kirin 655 chipset, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The specs are decent and satisfy the mid-range category. The pricing is incredible as it costs just 1,099 Yuan (around $160). At the same time, you can get a higher variant also with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. It costs 1,399 Yuan (around $200) in China.
The other features include a 12-megapixel main camera and a 8 Megapixel front camera for perfect selfies. You can use a microSD card to expand your memory size to 128GB. It offers a dedicated fingerprint scanner on the backside. It runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.0. Anyway, it is a nice investment if you are looking to buy an up to date device with decent specs at an average price.
