Google’s own social platform Google+ has been away from people’s mind in between the flood created by Facebook and other social platforms. We almost suspected the Google+ going to a pathetic condition like Orkut with user lacking. But nowadays, it seems to be like people are getting more into the Google+ for some business promotions and social Media marketing. Now, the Google is announcing a new feature on Google+, i.e, A Beta service to be made available publicly.
The newly formed Beta feature on Google+ will allow Beta users to test and report new features in the service. The BEta for Google+ will not be like the one-click Play STore Beta programs. The willing users must need to fill a Google Form describing their interests and other personal details including Age, Language fluency in, etc. The new project and application form seems like the Google is on the way to bring the Google+ to various non-English languages, other than lingua franca ones too. Google also says about the types of users they are looking for:
- Active poster on Google+
- Motivated to learn more about Google+ and contribute to product discussion
- Eagerness to provide high level feedback on our product
Any active Google+ users who are willing to test out the upcoming features of Google+can now apply for the beta version now. A team of Google’s Social Influencers will approve the application as it meets their requirements.
I am an active poster. How can I join?
Great
