Entry-Level variant of HTC 10 rumored to be powered with Snapdragon 652

Taiwanese manufacturer HTC will launch their next flagship device in the One M series, the HTC 10 on April 12, in London, NewYork and Taipei probably through an internet-only launch. Most of the specification details about HTC 10 is almost exposed through the recent leaks from Taiwan. The leaked images shows the design more powerful and resemble to some predecessors. Also some wallpapers from Sense UI 8.0, which is to be used on HTC 10 was leaked not so far ago. Even then, there were some details about the next flagship device from HTC, one of them is now reportedly leaked through a chinese website says that there will be also an Entry-Level variant of HTC which could be powered with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625, while the latter will have Snapdragon 820 SoC.

Not only in the Chipset, we can see some the downgraded specs on memory too. It will have a 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space. Remaining specs of the device will be same as in other variants of HTC 10.

The top-of-the-line variant of HTC 10 will be powered with Snapdragon 820 SoC, with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The mid-level variant will have same Snapdragon 820, but only 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Including the Entry-Level mentioned above, there will be three variants for HTC 10 totally.

According to leaked specs for HTC, it is expected that the device will have 5.15 inch Super LCD display, 12MP Camera module mounted on rear panel, running on Android 6.0 with Sense UI 8.0 on-board. Interestingly, there will be a finger print scanner and USB Type-C moulded with the device.

The entry-level variant of HTC 10 will be priced at 3799CNY, equivalent to 583USD, mid-level at 4999CNY (768 USD Approx.) and the top-of-the-line at 5888CNY, approximately 905USD, including the two colors leaked earlier – Black, White, Grey and Gold.
