The upcoming Google Nexus Smartphone is to be made by HTC, which had already leaked in specs and renders. now, a twitter user posted the leaked image of the alleged Nexus device. The image shows the rear panel of the device, which seems almost similar to the renders and mockups leaked earlier.
The twitter user posted the image of the leaked Nexus device with the name he gave ‘2016 HTC Nexus’. The rear panel is made of with Glass and the camera module is placed at the top left corner. According to the person who posted, the smartphone is a cross between Apple iPhone and Nexus 4. The edge of the device looks so tough and thick, almost similar to the HTC 10. The headphone jack is placed the top right side of device.

As per the previous leaks, the Nexus Marlin and Sailfish will be made by HTC itself and there will no longer OEM logos, inorder to increase the Google productivity. The Nexus marlin will feature 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 display with a 3,450 mAh battery. It may sport 12MP rear camera, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and USB-C port. The Nexus Sailfish is a smaller smartphone, boasts a 5-inch display with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Though it is not clear, whether the current leak is about Nexus Marlin or Sailfish as they both have similar structure. But from observing the size of the smartphone, and holder’s hand, it seems like Nexus Sailfish with 5-inch display.
The device is not at all confirmed by either Google or HTC, but the devices exist – as we know. The companies will announce the smartphone sooner, wait for that moment.
