One of the best entry kevel smartphone from LG launched back in 2016; the LG K10 smartphone has just begun receiving Android 7.0 Nougat through an OTA update. The smartphone was launched with Android Lollipop5..1 and Marshmallow 6.0 according to with variation in manufacturing dates. Now, all f the devices are getting ready t receive next massive update.
The update for Android Nougat as already began back in June in AT&T models sold in the United States. Now, the update rolling out directly from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) has been moving to the European countries, and seem to be hitting Greece, as one of the first countries to receive it. Apparently, the update will change the way the smartphone UI looked like so far, with some additions to options and other Nougat features. Like from the US update, the European OTA will also change the build number to NRD90U and Software version to K42520c. Complete package showing up in settings update panel weighs around 1.22GB. The security patch version comes along with the update is April 2017.
LG K10, in case you don’t know, is an entry level smartphone with Snapdragon 410 Chipset colleagued by 1.5GB of RAM under the hood. The smartphone has priced around 170 Euros, but many retailers are offering the device at just EUR 100. Since the update has already begun, it will gradually roll out to more users. Be patient and wait for some time if you have not yet started getting an update notification.
