Korean giant Samsung’s trustworthy and sales graph have been into a big stalemate after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco which caused battery explosion of the device all over the world. The theoretical reason accounted by tech experts as weel as Samsung were just the contact of chemical substance inside the battery, after swelling. In order to investigate the cause behind the Note 7 battery exploding, both Samsung and independent organizations have formed a bench of experts, to give a better explanation to the world and make their next devices safer.
Now it seems like the investigation is almost over and Samsung is ready to give out and explanation and reasons behind the fiasco. Both Samsung and independent organization on this Sunday night. From the Samsung’s official statement:
“Samsung Electronics, as well as independent expert organizations who conducted their own investigation into various aspects of the Galaxy Note 7 incidents, will share their findings. Samsung will discuss the findings of the investigations and unveil new measures Samsung has implemented in response to the incidents.”
Even after the first series of explosion occurred, Samsung has recalled every Galaxy Note 7 smartphones all over the world and replaced it with new devices having green labeled batteries indicating safe. But unfortunately, these devices too exploded so the Samsung had to pay out a huge amount as compensation to customers. Also, it is believed that Samsung has utilized a crew from company itself to test the battery instead of deploying third-party organizations. So this could also be the reason behind the Galaxy Note 7 explosions.
Samsung will host the press meet in Seoul, South Korea at 10AM (Local time), on 22nd January, Sunday. The live streaming will be made available on Samsung’s official website.
