There have been multiple waves of rumors stating that Motorola will launch the Moto G6 Plus device in India in August. However, the company extended the launch date of the much awaited Moto G6 Plus in the country. Now the company has officially started teasing the release date of the Moto G6 Plus device in India, ie; September 10. Motorola teased the smartphone’s arrival on its social channels. The company is now actively promoting the device as a pro midrange smartphone to compete with its powerful competitors.
Moto G6 Plus is the latest addition to the family of Moto G6 Play and Moto G6, which have already been available in the country. All of these devices have already been available in Brazil too. Moto G6 Plus is a midrange smartphone powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage space can be further expanded for up to 256GB using a MicroSD card for your convenience. The device has a 5.99-inch FullHD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels, and an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The smartphone comes with Android Oreo operating system out of the box. The device is splash resistant and it is the rarest thing in that price range as of now. The company has already promised an upgrade to the Android Pie operating system. Just like the siblings, this smartphone also offers the stock operating system with some good add-ons from the Motorola. It has a 15-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor on the rear side and an 8-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies.
Moto G6 Plus comes with a 3250mAh battery and a USB-C type port for connectivity. The pricing and the availability haven’t been announced yet.
