ASUS India will launch the company’s latest flagship smartphone in Zenfone lineup, ASUS Zenfone 5Z in the country today. The company has already announced the availability and launch date of the device lately, which is set for 4th July, i.e., today. The smartphone will be available exclusively through the Flipkart, say both the company and official page on the e-commerce company’s website.
The smartphone will be a great competitor to the OnePlus 6, Vivo X21 and other premium level smartphones. The company provides Snapdragon 845 Chipset under the hood, at just Rs. 29,999. Other hardware specifications for the ASUS Zenfone 5Z includes a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, having an aspect ratio of 19:9 (due to the notch design). The primary camera module is a combo of a 12MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary lens. The front-facing selfie snapper is equipped with an 8MP sensor, having n aperture of f/2.0. The front camera can also act to enable the face unlocking system.
The smartphone could be arriving in the country in three variants – 6GB/64GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. The basic model will be available from the price range of Rs. 29,999, whereas the higher variants will price around Rs. 36,999. Following the official launch today at 12 PM, the smartphone will be listed on the e-commerce site Flipkart.
