Lenovo’s upcoming midrange smartphone Lenovo S5 has appeared in many teasers before. Now, the company Vice President Liu Jun via Weibo has just posted another teaser image for the Lenovo S5 which is yet to be launched on March 20. The teaser image reveals the key features of the smartphone.
From the teaser, the Lenovo S5 will be shelled within metal unibody design for higher durability. The rear facing dual camera setup will have an inbuilt portrait mode with bokeh effect and face beauty mode, just like other manufacturers. The smartphone will come with a Face Recognition unlock feature, apart from the fingerprint scanner. Lenovo Vice President also teases an Artifical Intelligence (AI) powered smart software-based optimisation integration on the smartphone. The company assures a long-lasting battery life, hints to a more extended battery. Apart from all above, Lenovo also says about Secure Payment option on the smartphone in the teaser.
Lenovo S15 with an 18:9 display, running Android OS topped with ZUI skin will have a midrange specification onboard. The smartphone is expected to arrive with Snapdragon 625 SOC, 3GB/4GB RAM and 32/64GB of storage space. The official debut of the smartphone is set to 20th March in China. As per the company teasers, the Lenovo S5 is a follow-up mode from the discontinued ZUK series from Lenovo, which had gotten great responses from many markets.
