As a global messaging and social media platform, WhatsApp and its team is always active in making it better than ever. Because of the ever-growing user base, the development team behind the WhatsApp is always busy in testing new features and capabilities for the app. As per the leaks, the company is now testing some new features for the group admins. Currently, they are testing the new features in the WhatsApp beta app for iOS devices.
The serial leakster @WAbetainfo tweeted some screenshots of this development. As you can see in the below screenshots, the team is now testing some new features for the group admins to make it more convenient for them to manage groups and communities effectively. As we already know that the company has brought in features in which the group creator cannot be deleted from the group by other admins and admins can choose which members of the group can modify the subject, description, and icon. Also, there will a new Search feature in the Group Info that will let administrators to remove participants.
The group admins on WhatsApp can disable chat features so that all participants will not be able to send text messages or media files in the group. Basically, the members of such groups will not be able to do anything and a notification will be seen in the chat, reported by WAbetainfo.
