We have been hearing rumours about a new flagship smartphone from the Taiwanese giant HTC, must be following the latest top-end smartphone from the company – HTC U11. The forthcoming higher-end smartphone would possibly be HTC U11 Plus, an add-on to the company’s 2017 flagship lineup. Along with the rumours, many of the 3D renders have started coming out of the experts and market analysers, and one of them is out now. A new render video has just shown up itself on Youtube couple of days back, showing the complete structure of the device, allegedly.
Concerning the latest renders, the HTC U11 Plus would pack the appearance and the performance loads almost same as the previous HTC U11 flagship smartphone. Yet, the display panel of the smartphone would rather be changed, in accordance with the 217 flagship trending – 18:9 bezel-less panel. The Original HTC U11 has normal bezels and borders like the conventional smartphones, launched so far till the beginning of 2017. But by launching the HTC U11 Plus with a new bezel-less display, sporting larger dimensions, the ratio on the same surface, HTC is attempting a 2017-flagship level design with their smartphones.
The Bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio was actually provoked by Samsung and LG with their latest flagship smartphone, which later followed by many manufacturers, even from Apple to several Chinese manufacturers.
If we talk about the rest of the HTC U11 Plus smartphone by putting the early-U11 aside, the device would have the same squeezable frame feature, with the buttons on sides and the same dimensions. The main camera is still stuck on the single lens, unlike its rivals. The glossy glass back panel makes the smartphone’s look much premium. A bunch of sensors have been added onto the top-front panel of the devices, alongside the secondary speaker grille.
HTC seems to reduce the bezels and unwanted borders around the display by maximum wh the new smartphones, say leaks and reports.
